L’actualité cinématographique belge colle parfaitement avec le sujet de ce blog car, sort aujourd’hui en Belgique (donc, je ne l’ai donc pas encore vu), JULIA, le premier film américain du réalisateur français ERICK ZONKA (Le Petit Voleur, La Vie Rêvée des Anges, …)
L’excellente actrice écossaise (et récemment oscarisée pour Michael Clayton) TILDA SWINTON prête ses traits à Julia, femme désespérée et alcoolique qui kidnappe un enfant dans l’espoir que la rançon obtenue la sortira du gouffre financier dans lequel sa dépendance à l’alcool l’a plongée. Suite à l’écran…et comme nous sommes chez Zonka, on peut imaginer que nous n’aurons pas uniquement affaire à un film d’action !

This week movie releases in Belgium fit perfectly our theme because opens on our screens today, JULIA, first american film made by french director Erick Zonka [Le Petit Voleur (The Little Thief), La Vie Rêvée des Anges (Daydreams of Angels)].
The excellent scottish actress TILDA SWINTON, who recently received an Academy Award for Michael Clayton, portrays Julia, an alcoholic woman who kidnaps a boy, thinking that the ransom will solve all the financial problems her dependance to alcohol have led her to.
For those who have seen Erick Zonka’s films, we may suppose that Julia is not only a thriller…
